With 20+ years of international management experience across Europe, Asia, and North America, he has held senior positions at Novo Nordisk Engineering, Dantherm, and Siemens Wind Power before joining Vikinor. Under his leadership, Vikinor has grown sustainably, delivering advanced solutions within cooling, powering and protection of critical infrastructure. 

His expertise in product innovation, market expansion, and partnerships has been key to developing infrastructure that enhances reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. 

Beyond his corporate leadership, Michael has contributed to global business networks, including serving as Chair of the Danish Chamber of Commerce in China, strengthening international collaboration and business relations.
