Artem is a Director at Citigroup’s Investment Banking division in London, covering the communications and digital infrastructure sectors across Europe and the wider EMEA region.

With over 13 years of experience, he has advised telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology companies, as well as private equity and infrastructure funds, on a broad range of M&A and capital markets transactions. In the mobile tower sector specifically, his track record includes sell-side and buy-side advisory, tower carve-outs, and joint venture formation.

Artem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ballistics and Aerodynamics and a Master’s degree in Economics.
